About Restumping
WHAT IS HOUSE RESTUMPING?
Restumping — also called reblocking — is the process of replacing the timber or concrete stumps that support your home's foundations. In North Queensland, timber stumps typically last 30 to 50 years before they begin to rot, crack or sink due to the climate, soil movement and termite activity.
